You can cancel your ProBillBook subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@probillbook.com or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
ProBillBook offers a 7-day free trial for all new subscriptions. If you cancel within this trial period, you will not be charged. For paid subscriptions, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of payment if you are dissatisfied with our services. After this 14-day period, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@probillbook.com or call us at +91 8433560375 with your account details and reason for the refund. All refund requests will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.
ProBillBook reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. Users will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
In case of extended service outages, technical issues preventing access to core features, or other exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis outside the standard refund window.
